- Maintain discipline and create a conducive learning environment.
- Use innovative teaching methods and tools, including technology, to enhance learning.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Prepare tests, assignments, and projects to assess student understanding and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and report student performance to parents.
- **Extracurricular Contributions**:

- Organize English-related activities such as debates, essay writing, and drama competitions.
- Support students' participation in inter-school events and competitions.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and advancements in English education.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and faculty meetings.
