**Job Description**:
Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to students in classes 1-8.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of students' academic performance and attendance.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in English or a related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience as an English Teacher, preferably in a TGT capacity.
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and resources to enhance teaching and learning.
