**Profile: - Customer Relationship Executive**

**Job Description: -**
- Provide Knowledgeable answers to questions about Product, Pricing and

Availability.
- Maintain up-to-date customer database and records in the system.
- Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints related to the brand, e
- Commercial’s shoots, etc.

Qualification:

- Graduate

Experience: - 1yrs - 4yrs

Working Days:

- Tuesday - Sunday

Shift:

- Day Shift

Working timing:

- 10am - 7pm

Salary:

- 12k - 20k + incentive (As per the interview).

Weekly Incentive:

- 1k - 7k.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Cell phone reimbursement

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

- No travel
