**Job description**

Hiring For Passionate Tele Executives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product, services & offers
- Answer product related queries
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Maintain and update customer database
- Handle grievances to preserve the companies reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage retention rate

**Requirements and skills**:

- At least One year experience as tele representative or other sales/customer service role
- Experience in Ayurveda products is preferred
- Proven track record of successfully converting leads into conversion preferably over the phone
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Command over language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

**Qualification-**
- **Minimum qualification**:

- Graduate
- **Past experience in telecom industry**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
