**Responsibilities**:
1. **Lead Generation**: Utilize various sources to identify potential clients and generate leads for computer and surveillance sales and services.

3. **Lead Conversion**: Work towards converting leads into customers by understanding their requirements and providing suitable solutions.

4. **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive sales efforts and strategic planning.

5. **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing excellent service and support.

6. **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. **Experience**: Previous experience in telesales or a similar role with a proven track record of lead conversion.

2. **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

3. **Sales Skills**: Strong negotiation and persuasive skills with the ability to close deals.

4. **Target-Oriented**: Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging sales targets.

5. **Computer Proficiency**: Basic knowledge of computer and surveillance systems would be an advantage.
