- **Customer Relationship Management**:Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and addressing their concerns.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- **Data Management**:Maintaining accurate call logs, updating customer information in CRM systems, and generating reports.
- **Product Knowledge**:Staying updated on product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers.
- **Collaboration**:Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve customer experience.
- **Compliance**:Adhering to company policies and procedures, including telecalling scripts and guidelines.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:Ensuring customers are satisfied with the products/services and resolving any issues they may have.
