**The Role**: User Experience Designer

**The Team**:
The User Experience Team is embedded within the Product Platform group at S&P Global. The team solves abstract problems and makes massive datasets easy to use for our customers. We work closely with our product and technical partners throughout the entire lifecycle, from analysis and concept to launch. The User Experience Team is a small but influential group of UX designers creating financial products for customers around the globe. We provide product design, prototyping, research and facilitation services for S&P Global Market Intelligence desktop and mobile products. The UX team solves abstract problems and makes massive datasets easy to use for our customers. We work closely with our product and technical partners throughout the entire lifecycle, from analysis and concept to launch. **Responsibilities**:
Conduct usability tests and heuristic studies

Partner with Product Managers to design workflows from conception to completion using Figma.

Perform design quality assurance on all projects and effectively communicate feedback to Developers.

Thoughtful and functional design approach to all projects.

Ability to multi-task and respond to urgent requests and shifting priorities.

Develop enterprise-wide standard components, patterns, and solutions that meet brand and business requirements

Promote accessibility by incorporating WCAG guidelines into designs

**What We’re Looking For**:
3-5 years of UX design experience. FinTech knowledge/experience preferred

Bachelor’s degree with a focus in HCI, Design or a related field

Skilled using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite

Understanding of web and mobile technologies (CSS, HTML5, JavaScript) and responsive/adaptive design

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate in meetings and in documentation form. Comfortable presenting to stakeholders at all levels.

Time management - Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively across different projects

**Shift timing**: 11 AM IST - 8 PM IST / 12 PM IST - 9 PM IST
