**A. Scope of Work**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Video Editing**:
Edit raw footage into polished and visually appealing videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.

Ensure seamless transitions, visual coherence, and storytelling flow in edited videos.

**Creative Conceptualization**:
Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for video projects.

Contribute creative ideas to enhance the visual storytelling elements of each video.

**Sound Editing**:
Incorporate and edit audio elements, including music, sound effects, and voiceovers, to enhance the overall video experience.

Ensure synchronization between audio and visual elements for a polished final product.

**Color Correction and Grading**:
Perform color correction and grading to maintain visual consistency and enhance the overall aesthetic of the videos.

Pay attention to detail in color correction to achieve the desired mood and tone.

**Collaboration**:
Collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers, animators, and content creators, to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing final product.

Take creative direction and feedback from team leads and stakeholders.

**File Management**:
Organize and manage video files, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of assets.

Maintain a well-organized and easily accessible video library.

**B. Competence Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and video production principles.
- Knowledge of sound editing and color correction techniques.
- Creative thinking and the ability to bring ideas to life through video editing.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Video Editing: 3 years (preferred)
- Video Production: 1 year (preferred)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
