We are part of Digital-IT team established 14 years ago in Gurgaon, India to provide technology support and rollout digital initiatives to 60 plus global offices. Digital IT has six key pillars - Collaboration Technology; Functional Technology; Digital Technology; Security & Architecture; Infrastructure & Services, Digital Success to support business and to take lead on digital transformation initiatives with the total strength of 150+ team members across the globe

**Messaging Security Architect**

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**

What will you do?
- Facilitate and lead internal configuration planning meetings and articulate pros & cons of design/architecture decisions across a broad spectrum of factors - e.g., latency, storage, cost, resiliency, performance
- Translate business requirements into an architectural design and influence the deployment of critical infrastructure components
- Maintain a thorough understanding of existing and emerging Office 365 and related core technologies
- Owning and driving Tier 3 Escalated Issues, working as situation manager, Investigate & Troubleshoot, providing RCAs,
- Create, review, maintain and update documentation, including Documenting & Publishing fixes in the central knowledge base
- Escalate and liaise with additional internal/external groups when required
- Partnering with vendors and IT Security and Compliance to ensure data protection and data loss prevention strategies for messaging

**Skills**
- 8 to 10 years of experience as a full-time IT professional
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as Messaging and Office 365 Administrator
- Must have real-world, hands-on expertise delivering messaging and collaboration solutions utilizing Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and Security in large complex environments
- Expert knowledge of SMTP and related RFCs (RFC 821/5321, etc.), TLS, DNS, and associated standards
- Strong general networking background (Firewall, Routing, Load Balancing, Packet Capture, analysis, etc.)
- Knowledge of Microsoft AD and security solutions, e.g., Exchange Online Protection, identity management tools, data loss prevention tools, and federated authentication solutions
- Experience in leading projects and working in an Agile project environment
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization
- Demonstrated ability to work with others from diverse backgrounds
- Self-motivated and works independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrates problem-solving skills; able to learn effectively and meet deadlines

**Good to have**:
Microsoft certification or equivalent certification on Office365, Exchange will be an added advantage
