Skills:
Experience in Microsoft 365 Security, Azure Cloud, Mimecast, Endpoint Security (McAfee/Symantec), Certificate Management, Threat & Vulnerability Management, and Breach & Attack Simulation (BAS) tools like Gytpol and SafeBreach.

Role & responsibilities

Security Architecture & Design

  • Design and implement enterprise-wide security architecture aligned with business goals.
  • Develop secure integration patterns across M365, Azure, Mimecast, and endpoint security platforms.

Automation & AI Integration

  • Build and maintain automated security workflows using AI/ML for threat detection, response, and compliance.
  • Leverage Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, and other AI-driven tools for proactive threat hunting.

Threat & Vulnerability Management

  • Lead vulnerability assessments and remediation strategies using tools like Gytpol and SafeBreach.
  • Integrate threat intelligence feeds and automate risk scoring and prioritization.

Cloud & Endpoint Security

  • Architect and manage security controls in Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Oversee endpoint protection strategies using McAfee, Symantec, and EDR/XDR platforms.

Email & Data Protection

  • Implement and manage secure email gateways and DLP policies using Mimecast and Microsoft Purview.

Certificate & Identity Management

  • Design and maintain PKI infrastructure and certificate lifecycle management.
  • Integrate identity governance and conditional access policies across cloud and on-prem systems.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.) using cloud compliance tools.
  • Develop security policies, procedures, and audit frameworks.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 10+ years in cybersecurity with 5+ years in a security architecture role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:

    (Defender, Sentinel, Purview)
  • Azure Security Center

  • Experience with compliance frameworks and cloud security posture management (CSPM).
