**Job Summary**:
The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the products and services of the IT company through telemarketing activities. They will engage potential clients over the phone to generate leads, set appointments, and close sales deals. The Telemarketing Executive must have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a good understanding of the IT industry to effectively communicate the value propositions to potential customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Conduct outbound calls to prospect and generate potential leads for our company's products and services.
- **Sales Pitch**: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to potential clients, highlighting the key features and benefits of our company's offerings.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule meetings and appointments with potential clients for further discussions with the technical team.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with our company's products and services, as well as industry trends to effectively communicate offerings to prospects.
- **Sales Follow-up**: Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely and effective communication.
- **Market Research**: Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- **Feedback and Reporting**: Provide regular feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and sales performance to the Sales Manager.
- **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align telemarketing efforts with overall company strategies.
- **Maintain Professionalism**: Adhere to ethical telemarketing practices and represent the company in a professional and positive manner.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: A diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
- **Experience : 0 - 1 Year**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- **Time Management**: Efficient time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in English and Malayalam

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
