Role Description: Recruiting Genie LLP is offering an exciting apprenticeship opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Recruiting Apprentice. This role provides a unique chance to gain handson experience in both internal and external recruitment projects. As a Recruiting Apprentice, you will be an integral part of our team, learning and contributing to the entire recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and talent market dynamics. Contribute to market research projects to enhance recruitment strategies.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to support internal & external (client) hiring needs. Gain insights into workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.

Qualification:

- Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic about a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
