A showroom service advisor's job is to provide excellent customer service and act as a liaison between customers and technicians:

- **Customer service**: Greet customers, provide clear information, and handle complaints
- **Technical support**: Diagnose UV / SCV vehicles issues, translate customer problems into work orders, and order parts
- **Coordination**: Work with other staff to ensure work is done correctly and on time
- **Sales**: Sell merchandise and technicians' time to meet sales goals
- **Advice**: Provide advice on maintenance, repairs, and other services
- **Billing**: Invoice customers for services and collect payment
- **Records**: Maintain customer records and enter data

Service advisors should have a good understanding of the products and services offered by the business. They should also be able to handle difficult customers and resolve conflicts professionally.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
