**Job Summary : Salary Plus Incentive / No Target**
To Work aggressively on business development, sales promotion, and building brand of the company.Generating leads and efficiently keeping in regular contact with existing prospects.Identifying areas for business expansion and development.Developing a targeted long-term new business strategy in close coordination with the management.

- **Customer-centric** - making the needs of patrons the top priority and working to make their interaction with your company pleasant
- **Multitasking** - handling phones, dealing with visitors, and responding to staff requests requires the ability to juggle a variety of things at the same time
- **Attention to detail** - being able to follow procedures in the way the employer wants keeps the visitor experience consistent and in line with the company’s image
- **Discretion** - privy to personal or sensitive information, especially in healthcare settings, front office execs need to be trustworthy and respect confidentiality
- Excellent communicator with Pleasing personality
- Filing documents, send and receive mail
- Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employee
- Responsible for proper key control of reception area
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Actively builds awareness of the brand to every walk
- in/ calling customer/ guest
- Responsible for general administration activities
- To Handle all Secretarial related work of Office
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files
- Monitor office expenses and costs
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)

- **Required Experience and Qualifications**
Internet Knowledge / MS-OFFICE / Written & Speaking English must be good

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
