**Professional Experience
Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in oil and gas facilities projects with technical knowledge of inspection and testing, and exposed to multi discipline works of oil and gas construction field.

- Approval of Supplier Quality documents,
- Inspection report / IRN,
- Dispatch clearance,
- Audit report, Closure of NCR and implementation of Corrective action

External to organization: Customer, Vendors, Site coordination

**Responsibilities
Prime Responsibilities
- Overall control, supervision and implementation of Contract quality and technical requirements; resolution of quality problems; preparation and maintenance of Contract quality records
- Development, preparation, implementation and monitoring of all Contract Specific Procedures and Work Instructions
- Review and Monitor Supplier’s Quality Systems and quality performance.
- Review and approval of Supplier Quality Control plan (QCP / ITP), Welding Procedure, NDT procedure and other testing procedure
- Reporting Quality activities of projects

Ensure availability of appropriate version of applicable work documents such as Drawings, Specifications, Standards.& project specific documents

Shared cross-functionally
- To perform inspection at vendor's/ sub-vendor's works as per ITP/ QCP and other contract documents.
- Liaison with the Client on matters related to Quality.
- Auditing - internal and external, and follow up of Corrective Actions.

Provide feedback to PQM on the quality issues

**Key competencies - Functional
Need to have
- Should have relevant Inspection experience in various static, rotary and piping items used in oil and gas projects in India or abroad
- Should be a qualified Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor
- Should possess valid ASNT Level III or II certificate in NDT (i.e. RT, UT, PT and MPT)

Nice to have
- Should be familiar with international codes and standards used in Oil and gas industries
- Should have experience in Quality Management in project covering EPC phases
- Should have exposure of various metallic, non-metallic and exotic material
