**Job Title: Mechanical Design Trainee**

**Location: Atlas Transformers India Limited (Por, GIDC)**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Trainee to join our engineering team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with foundational mechanical design knowledge looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting. You will assist in the design, development, and testing of mechanical components and systems under the guidance of senior engineers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or Creo).
- Support the design and development of mechanical parts, assemblies, and products.
- Participate in prototyping, testing, and validation of components.
- Conduct basic engineering calculations and simulations to verify designs.
- Work closely with the manufacturing, quality, and R&D teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, drawings, and BOMs (Bill of Materials).
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and design reviews.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical design principles and engineering fundamentals.
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Internship or academic project experience in design (preferred but not required).

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
