**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Mechanical Design Trainee** to join our engineering team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or final-year engineering students looking to gain hands-on experience in mechanical design and product development. You will assist in designing, prototyping, and testing mechanical components and systems using CAD tools and engineering principles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the design and development of mechanical components and assemblies using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo).
- Support the preparation of detailed 2D drawings and 3D models.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute ideas for product improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and purchasing.
- Assist in prototype development, testing, and documentation of results.
- Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer specifications or internal standards.
- Maintain proper documentation of designs, changes, and project records.
- Learn and adhere to industry standards, company procedures, and safety guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (or currently pursuing final year).
- Basic knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and tolerancing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical role.

**Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)**:

- Internship or project experience in product design or mechanical systems.
- Exposure to simulation tools (FEA, CFD) or hands-on prototyping.
- Familiarity with PLM systems or design documentation practices.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
