We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team at Bithi Farm Private Limited. Your mission will be to elevate our online presence, promoting our commitment to sustainable and organic farming and dairy practices. You will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing our social media platforms, and driving sales leads through digital channels.

**Job description**

Content Creation:

- Conceptualize, create, and edit high-quality videos and other content (photos, graphics, articles) that showcase Bithi Farm's unique story, products, and sustainable practices.
- Ensure content aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
- Utilize storytelling techniques to educate and inspire audiences about organic farming and dairy.

Social Media Management:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Manage daily posting schedules, community engagement, and respond to comments and inquiries promptly.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Grow our follower base organically and through targeted campaigns.

Web Portal Management:

- Oversee the maintenance and updating of Bithi Farm's web portal.
- Ensure content is fresh, informative, and user-friendly.
- Optimize the website for search engines (SEO) to enhance discoverability.

Sales/ Lead Generation:

- Implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic to our website and social media channels.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

Engagement & Analytics:

- Actively engage with followers, fostering a sense of community around Bithi Farm.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on social media and website analytics.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the agriculture or food industry.
- Proven track record of creating engaging content and growing social media followings.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in video editing, graphic design, and web content management (WordPress or similar).
- Passion for sustainable and organic farming practices is a plus.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
