**Job Summary**:
We are hiring a **full-time Physiotherapist Telecaller** to engage with patients through phone consultations, educate them on available therapies, and assist with appointment scheduling. This role is ideal for physiotherapy professionals who are skilled communicators and passionate about patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound and inbound calls with patients for follow-ups, inquiries, and appointment bookings.
- Provide initial telephonic consultation and screen patients for physiotherapy and neuro-rehab suitability.
- Explain treatment plans, technologies (e.g., robotics, neuro-stimulation), and procedures clearly to patients.
- Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions in the system.
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth transition of patients from telephonic consultation to in-person visits.
- Handle patient queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Participate in training and development programs related to new therapies and technologies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT or MPT) - **mandatory**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus)
- Good computer skills and comfort with healthcare or CRM software
- Strong patient-service orientation with the ability to explain clinical concepts in simple terms
- Prior telecalling or clinical experience preferred
