Hiring for CEO/COO for Automotive Company

Job Location -Mumbai

Job Role:
2- Advises, guides, directs and authorizes major plans and dealership procedures, consistent with established policies and board approval.

3- Oversees the adequacy and soundness of the dealership's financial structure.

Reviews the operating results of the dealership, compares them to established objectives and takes steps to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results.

4- Plans and directs all investigations and negotiations pertaining to mergers, joint ventures, the acquisition of other dealerships, or the sale of major assets with the approval of the board of directors.

5- Establishes and maintains an effective system of communication throughout the dealership.

6- Represents the dealership with major customers, shareholders, the financial community, and the public.

7-Other duties as assigned.
