**Job Title: Financial Counsellor for IVF Services**

**Locations**: Ovum Hospitals, Hoskote and Bhattarahalli

**Immediate Joiners Required**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct financial assessments and consultations with patients seeking IVF services
- Provide detailed information on the cost of IVF procedures, including consultations, tests, medications, and treatments
- Work closely with patients to create customized financial plans and options, including insurance coverage, payment plans, and available resources
- Liaise with insurance companies to verify coverage and process claims
- Assist patients in understanding and completing financial paperwork and documentation
- Address any financial concerns or questions from patients and their families
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure accurate billing and financial record-keeping

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Financial Counsellor in a hospital setting, with a focus on IVF services, is essential
- Strong knowledge of IVF procedures, associated costs, and insurance coverage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and understandable manner
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for financial counselling and billing
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Sensitivity and empathy towards patients and their unique financial situations

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
