Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. The

initiatives to promote our products and services, drive brand awareness, and generate leads.

The Marketing Executive will report to the Marketing Manager / CMO and work closely with

other members of the marketing and sales team to achieve marketing and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote our products and

services

2) Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and preferences

3) Develop marketing collateral [Point of sales material - POSM] such as brochures, flyers,

presentations etc

4) Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts and website

5) Plan and coordinate events such as trade shows / exhibitions, seminars, and product

launches, product sampling activities, sponsor events etc

6) Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives

7) Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and support sales efforts

8) Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to achieve marketing objectives

**Requirements**:
1) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

2) 2+ years of experience in marketing or related field

3) Strong knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices

4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and regional language

5) Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and

initiatives

6) Ability to think creatively and outside of the box

7) Strong project management and organizational skills

8) Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
