**Greeting and Welcoming Guests**: Ensure guests feel welcomed upon arrival and provide them with relevant information about the hotel’s amenities, services, and policies.
- **Check-In and Check-Out**: Manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy in guest information, billing, and room assignments.
- **Guest Services**: Answer guests’ questions, address complaints, and provide assistance with requests such as booking transportation, providing local information, or helping with special requirements.
- **Billing and Payment**: Process payments, handle invoicing, and ensure proper billing for guest stays, including any additional services like room service or spa treatments.
- **Communication with Other Departments**: Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure the hotel runs smoothly and guests' needs are met.
- **Maintaining Records**: Keep accurate records of guest details, reservation status, and room availability in the hotel’s computer system.
- **Handling Emergencies**: Be prepared to assist in emergency situations, whether it’s a guest medical issue, fire alarm, or other urgent matters, and follow established protocols.
- **Maintaining the Front Desk Area**: Keep the front desk area neat, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies (maps, brochures, forms, etc.).
- **Cash Handling**: Some roles may involve handling cash transactions or managing cash drawers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
