**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to increase website visibility and rankings.
- Create, manage, and optimize content for social media platforms and the company website.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to create engaging digital content (graphics, videos, blogs, etc.).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Generate reports and insights for management to improve performance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in digital marketing (IT industry experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
