**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive and impactful digital marketing initiatives.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to enhance our digital presence.
- Monitor and manage online reputation through proactive engagement and response strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience of minimum 3 years of working in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and implementation.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, techniques, and best practices across various channels.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering compelling and engaging content.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to adapt to evolving trends and technologies in the digital landscape.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
