**Job Title**: Education Counselor

**Location**: Noida, Sector 16
**Department**: Sales / Counseling
**Experience Required**: 1-3 years (EdTech or education counseling preferred)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students regarding educational opportunities, career planning, and course selection.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into enrollments.
- Provide detailed information about courses, universities, and admission procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and lead progress in CRM.
- Achieve monthly targets related to admissions and revenue.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with students to ensure satisfaction and referrals.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and counseling abilities.
- Experience in **EdTech / Education industry** preferred.
- Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
