Seamedu is an institution that nurtures the creativity of the students. Seamedu has been awarded by the Government of Maharashtra in IT & IT related Fields - Multimedia/ Entertainment/ Gaming. Seamedu has campuses in Pune, Gurgaon and Bangalore. To **Job Title / Designation: TELECALLER** The Telecaller will focus on prequalifying leads sourced. This role is critical in the lead conversion funnel and ensures only high-potential leads are passed to the counseling team. - Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents based on the database provided by the State Sales Manager. - Explain Seamedu’s programs and assess student interest and eligibility. - Prequalify leads by gathering key information such as academic background, career interests, and program fit. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system. - Pass qualified leads to the counseling team for further nurturing and conversion. - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead qualification. - Provide feedback to the State Sales Manager on the quality of sourced databases. **Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required**: 1-3 years **Location(s) of Job**: Pune, Baner **Minimum Education Requirements**: Graduate **Any Other Skill Set**: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. - 1-3 years of experience in telesales or a related field. - Excellent communication and persuasion skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. - Ability to work independently and meet targets. **Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 11 months Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift **Language**: - English (required) - Marathi (required) Work Location: In person
