Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections in 2D AutoCAD.
- Must be able to prepare MEP layouts in plan, elevation, and section.
- Must be able to prepare coordinated drawings/Master ceiling plan.
- Must be able to prepare quantity take offs as per drawings (flooring, ceiling, walls etc.)
- Must be able to coordinate with execution team if needed.
- Must be able to prepare detailed drawings/typical sections.
- Must be able to prepare as built drawing. Knowledge of SketchUp Pro an added advantage.
- Must be able to capture tender requirements in GA drawing.
- Must be able to maintain drawing document folder and history.
- Must be able to coordinate with consultants, vendors to resolve project issues.
- Site visits to take actual measurements.

**Qualification**:B. E, B. Tech or Diploma holders in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical. Experience in hands
- on working in CAD will be given preference.

Position is based at Delhi.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
