**About the Role**:
This is a Buyer role where he will be responsible for coordinating and running F&V category initiatives, as well as enhancing the efficiency of existing ones. Accountable for Buying from farmers, CC, source location.

- F&V Merchandising team
- Operations team

**Responsibilities & KRAs**:

- Day to Day Fruits and Vegetable forecasting for Purchase.
- Negotiation with supplier/ vendor/Farmers/CC for cost-effective buying.
- Responsible for Margin, Sales Contribution, Fill rate, and Customer Complaints.
- Coordination with QC team for Quality receiving.
- Mandi MIS ,Competitor benchmarking(SP Index), MPP - file
- Range and Assortment finalization.

**Qualifications/Skills required**:

- Agri Degree
- 8+ years of experience in F&V - category - Especially Fruits
- Exceptional time management, facilitation and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills and strong problem-solving skills coupled with sound business acumen
- Knowledge of Excel to fetch and analyze data
