Requisition ID: 32001- Job Location(s): Oragadam, INTo process & execute all orders from OEMs & Projects business i.e Order to Cash and enable customer service to achieve more work in less time.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Responsible for all back office sales support job: order handling, receivables follow ups, sales support
- Through excellent knowledge of SAP and with a high customer focus, identify and resolve issues proactively and help the customers and colleagues to efficiently manage requirements
- Execute all order related activities like order entry, Proforma Invoices, Deliveries etc. as per guidelines
- Responsible for creating new customer accounts and upkeep of business database in SAP
- Follow up with internal stake holders to ensure project & OEM deliveries are met

**Background & Skills**:

- Any Bachelor’s degree
- Team player; very good co-operation, Customer Centric, receptive, and excellent communication skills
- Disciplined approach to work. Sticks to process and procedures always
