**Job Title: Design Engineer/Draftsman**

**Job Overview**:
A Mechanical Design Engineer plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and improving mechanical systems and products. Their responsibilities span the entire lifecycle of a project, from conceptualization to production, ensuring high efficiency, reliability, and precision in automation machinery.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Conceptual Design**:

- Creating 2D and 3D designs using SolidWorks & AutoCAD software.
- Brainstorming innovative solutions to meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
- Conducting feasibility studies for design concepts.

**2. Product Development**:

- Developing prototypes and models to test concepts.
- Selecting appropriate materials based on strength, durability, and cost considerations.
- Ensuring designs meet safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.

**3. Analysis and Simulation**:

- Performing motion or dynamic analysis.
- Validating designs under simulated working conditions.

**4. Collaboration**:

- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, testing, and quality assurance.
- Communicating with clients and stakeholders to align designs with their requirements.

**5. Documentation**:

- Creating detailed technical drawings and specifications for production.
- Maintaining records of design iterations and project updates.

**6. Continuous Improvement**:

- Evaluating and optimizing existing designs to enhance performance and reduce costs.
- Staying updated with new tools, materials, and industry trends.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a government-approved institution.
- **Experience**: 2 to 3 years of experience (Freshers may also apply).
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong academic background with hands-on experience in the relevant field.
- **Adaptability**: Eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies for career growth.
- **Discipline**: Strong personal and professional discipline.
- **Teamwork**: Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
