**Job Description - Project Associate/ Trainee**

**Primary Responsibility:

- **

l - Assist in operations and monitoring of project in the state & coordination with

stakeholders.

l - Coordination of records and its management activities with departmental staff to

ensure effective and efficient maintenance of records.

l - Effective written & verbal communication skills.

l - Compile and analyze data, prepare reports and make recommendations.

l - Day to day coordination with department’s officials; may involves in field visits to

ensure coordination and effective monitoring of project implementation in the field.

l - Plan and organize various activities in terms of periodic data collection, analysis,

consolidation and presentation / regional status reporting consolidation.

l - Assist in disposal of departmental queries, call centre related activities and project

related documentations and communications.

l - Work with state government department to gauge and create demand of strategic

solutions and fulfil the same. Must have the ability to reach out and work with the

senior government official in various departments.

l - Should have a knowledge and experience of service delivery and project execution.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical background, ability to understand the technical environment of

various entities and if needed to suggest improvements.
- Good time management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
