Service Sales

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads and support the sales team in driving service sales for Eaton products and solutions.
- Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and contracts for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Coordinate with customers to understand their service needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Work with the technical and service teams to ensure the timely and quality delivery of services.
- Monitor and track service sales performance and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of service contracts, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote service offerings and build strong client relationships.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in service sales or sales coordination, preferably in industrial services or products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM systems.
**Skills**:
- Knowledge of service sales, including maintenance and repair contracts.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sales opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: ₹8,918.08 - ₹45,377.31 per month
