**About the Role**:
We’re hiring a **Service Sales Executive** to drive our **AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)**, repair, and service business. If you enjoy building client relationships, identifying service needs, and providing reliable solutions—we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and pitch AMC, breakdown service, and modernization packages.
- Cross-sell additional services to existing clients by understanding their long-term needs.
- Prepare proposals, follow up on quotations, and negotiate contract terms.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor insights.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
- Collaborate with service and technical teams to ensure smooth execution and follow-up.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 1-5 years of experience in service or technical sales (preferably in the elevator/lift/parking or engineering services industry).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Familiar with cross-selling and client retention strategies.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and site meetings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹159,598.61 - ₹741,520.72 per year
