We are seeking a dynamic professional to expand our presence in the assigned region. The Immigration Sales Executive should possess a strong background in business development and immigration case processing.

**ABOUT THE JOB DUTIES**:

- Identify, cultivate, and convert leads into sales within the assigned region.
- Deliver accurate and comprehensive information to clients.
- Manage client queries, follow up on leads, and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
- Maintain detailed client interaction records and notes using CRM tools.
- Stay informed about changes in Canadian immigration regulations and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Exceed revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Engage in networking, PR activities, and industry events to promote the business.
- Conduct market analysis to identify sales opportunities and potential clients.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Business Development professionals.
- Provide regular updates to the Director and fulfill other assigned duties.

**ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing; immigration experience is advantageous.
- Possess a proactive and results-driven attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in IT, particularly in Google Sheets and MS Office Suite.
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate immigration law firm or IT agency is preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working effectively with mínimal supervision.
- Track record of managing multiple cases simultaneously.
- Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to take on responsibilities and demonstrate good judgment, initiative, and resourcefulness.
