- Primary Duties and Responsibilities_
- _Processes data (e.g., data entry, transaction review and approval) and paperwork for new employees,_
- status changes, employee personal information changes, terminations, and other HR/compliance_
- forms/documents, accurately and efficiently._
- _Ensures data accuracy and integrity (e.g., change is aligned with standards or requirements); escalates_
- changes that are outside guidelines._
- _Assists with the creation and maintenance of files for all active and terminated employees._
- _Handles and distributes HR mail as appropriate._
- _Safe-guards all customer, employee and company proprietary and personal information ensuring_
- customer and employee data is kept confidential at all times._

- Additional Duties and Responsibilities_
- _Provides support and professional customer service to the organization and employees by responding to_
- topics (e.g., timekeeping, HR system data, how to, policies, processes) and takes ownership to ensure_
- prompt problem resolution or escalates issues as appropriate._
- _Provides support for various HR disciplines, processes, and inquiries._
- _Performs other projects or miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned._

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- _Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent education_
- _Relevant experience in leading HR shared services/Operations & driving transformation_
- _Experience in ServiceNow or similar case management tool_
- _Experience in SAP._

- _1 - 2 years general Human Resources or related experience._
- _Working with HR-related systems (e.g., HRIS, on-boarding, applicant tracking) experience preferred._
