**_ Responsibilities:_**_ _

**_Handling entire operations of Payroll Operations / Benefit plan administration for US_**

**_ _**

**_Hiring and staffing teams to ensure operations stability_**

**_ _**

**_Leading / grooming team leaders to ensuring all the process activities are completed and SLAs met_**

**_ _**

**_Getting Involved is customer engagement activities, will be one point of contact for Process owners_**

**_ _**

**_Monitoring contractual changes / amendments_**

**_ _**

**_Collaborating with transitions team in case of FTE ramp up / scope additions_**

**_ _**

**_Driving quality initiatives to bring continuous improvements_**

**_ _**

**_Overseeing turnover, trainings for staff and involving in their development planning_**

**_ _**

**_Driving Compliance and putting system / process controls_**

**_ _**

**_Closely working with Service delivery leader and sales to manage account P&L_**

**_ _**

**_Hiring setups_**:**_ _**

**_US Tax calculations_**

**_ _**

**_Personal data changes, Job changes/Org changes_**

**_ _**

**_Transfer, Separation and Termination_**

**_ _**

**_Letter generation_**:**_ _**

**_Benefit plan Administration_**

**_ _**

**_Plan communication _**:
**_Eligibility and Enrollment support_**

**_ _**

**_Life event changes / System Admin_**:**_ _**

**_Analytical Skills and ability to work and supervise different teams._**

**_Ability to prioritize effectively, be flexible as needs change_**

**_Ability to work on own initiative_**

**_Clear thinking / problem solving skills and ability to quickly grasp new ideas_**

**_Effective working knowledge of IT tools like MS Excel_**

**_Having experience in any of this software/platforms (SAP, Microsoft Dynamic AX, Fortis, Pipeline, EMS and World Manager) is an added advantage_**
