We are actively seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Report Solution Team as a Trainee/Executive, with a specific emphasis on experience with reporting tools, basic SQL knowledge, You will be instrumental in developing and implementing efficient reporting solutions that cater to the specific needs of the organization. This includes designing, building, and maintaining reports to provide valuable insights.

Coding and Reporting**: Utilize your coding skills to integrate and customize various reports and troubleshoot existing reports. Collaborate with team members to enhance reporting functionalities.
- ** Problem Solving**: Demonstrate strong reasoning skills to analyze and troubleshoot issues related to report development, report functionality, reporting tool integration
- ** Learning and Development**: Stay informed about industry trends, new reporting technologies, and development methodologies. Enhance your skills through training and self-directed learning, with a focus on SQL, reporting tools, and PostgreSQL.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and quality assurance, to deliver reports.
- ** Documentation**: Contribute to technical documentation, including specifications, design documents, and integration guides for reporting tools, SQL, and PostgreSQL.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, BCA, or a related technical field.
- up to 1 year of experience or Fresher Graduates.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of programming languages.
- Basic understanding of SQL concepts, including the ability to write queries and knowledge of various joins.

**Desirable Requirements**:

- SQL certification is a plus.
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, including queries, and basic administration tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a logical and critical thinking approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to team success.
- Proactive attitude and a desire to contribute to the success of projects.
