To continuously improve the timeliness, accuracy and efficiency in accounting closure in Indian GAPP as well as in group financials through the team development and process improvement.

To ensure the completion of statutory audit, Tax audit, Transfer pricing compliance and tax filing in compliance with statutory requirements within defined timeline, and to explain the financials in details to auditors in a professional manner.

To be able to manage to comply with TDS returns, Income tax return, GST reconciliation and filing in a timely manner, and to handle Income tax assessment and refund process with Income tax dept.

To ensure the functional continuity in Finance and Accounts dept. through the elaboration of process standardization, development of SOP and team capacity enhancement.

To monitor and maintain the sufficient level of cash balance as per the volume of business activities and secure the source of financing to prevent the shortage of cash balance.

To present the precise and comprehensive financial report of accounting, cash position and financial projections, with highlighting risk and any significant changes in comparison with past period / budgetary plan for better understanding of company position as well as for better management decision.

To continuously enhance internal process/control in accordance with Indian SOX as well as the requirement from management.

As Company Secretary participating in various meetings of boards, committees and management bodies; preparing the agendas and minutes of such meetings within strict time periods.

Updating local registrar of companies to reflect corporate changes and ensure all requisite filing is completed.

Compliance with Company Law, Statutory norms / conditions applicable on the Company

Day to day advice to user department and legal assistance/review for special projects to minimize company’s liability/protect its interests

Management of Statutory Compliances in the Company-Maintaining Statutory Books/Registers of the companies, Timely Filing of Statutory Forms/Returns,
