Do you build beautiful, functional apps using **FlutterFlow**, **Thunkable**, or **Lovable.dev** in record time?
- Do you obsess over UI/UX even when you’re building without code?
- Do you know how to take an idea from a Figma wireframe to a working MVP **without touching traditional code**?

We’re Microstax, a lean web design & dev agency, and we’re on the lookout for a **No-Code Vibe-Coder** who can help us turn ideas into working products fast using visual development tools.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Build production-grade mobile/web apps using **FlutterFlow**, **Thunkable**, **Lovable.dev**, or similar
- Work with **Figma-based designs** and bring them to life in your no-code platform of choice
- Connect frontend to real-time backend (Firebase, Supabase, Airtable, Xano, etc.)
- Integrate APIs, authentication flows, and basic logic workflows
- Collaborate with designers and developers to prototype and deliver MVPs for internal tools and client projects

**You’re a Great Fit If You**:

- Have solid experience building projects with **FlutterFlow**, **Lovable.dev,** **Thunkable**, **Bravo Studio**, or **Bolt.new**:

- Understand how to create clean, mínimal interfaces that look like they were made by a front-end dev (but weren’t)
- Have used platforms like **Xano**, **Supabase**, **Airtable**, or **Firebase** for backend
- Know your way around **APIs, webhooks, and auth flows**:

- Stay updated on tools like **loveable.dev**, **WeWeb**, **Glide**, and **AppGyver**:

- Can build and ship fast without sacrificing quality
- Thrive in a remote-first, async-first environment

**Bonus Points For**:

- Prior agency or freelance experience
- Knowledge of design systems and responsive layout logic
- Understanding of component-based visual building
- A strong portfolio of no-code projects or MVPs
- Willingness to learn new tools fast (Bolt.new, WeWeb, etc.)

**Shift & Compensation**:

- **Night shift: 9 PM - 6 AM IST (Mon-Fri)**:

- Monthly salary: Rs. 216,000 - Rs. 420,000
- Performance reviews every 6 months
- Immediate joining preferred
