Seeking a skilled Bakery DCDP with a strong pastry background and culinary finesse. Assist in baking diverse products, maintaining quality, and upholding food safety standards. Requires organizational prowess and thrive in fast-paced settings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Head Baker in daily bakery operations.
- Prepare diverse baked goods to quality specifications.
- Ensure ingredient handling, storage, and freshness.
- Monitor oven for optimal baking conditions.
- Collaborate on recipe development and menu innovations.
- Maintain bakery cleanliness and organization.
- Aid in inventory management and staff training.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and cost-effective practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in professional pastry or baking roles.
- Culinary degree or equivalent preferred.
- Proficient in bakery techniques and creativity.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with flexibility.
- Basic math skills and willingness to work varied shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
