**Job Title**: Telecaller and Office Staff

**Department**: Sales

**Reports To**: Sales Manager

Salary + Incentives

**Summary**:
The Telecaller and Office Staff is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and generating leads. They will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
- Follow up with potential customers and qualify leads
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports
- Maintain customer records and data
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
