**Hiring Customer Relationship Officer (UK Process)**

Salary Range**:15000/- to 21000/- Per Month**

Language Requirement**: Proficiency in English is mandatory for this position.**

**Educational Requirement: Graduation is mandatory for this role.**

Work Hours:The working hours for this position are from 12:00 pm to 10:30 pm **(8Hr Work + 1hr Break))**

Work Days**:5 days/Week (Saturday & Sundays are fixed offs)**

No. of positions open: 10

**Requirements**:
Make outbound calls to UK residents for reminding them about their utility bill payments.

Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers, addressing any queries or concerns effectively.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team targets.

Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures during customer interactions.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in any field.

**Proficient in spoken and written English.**

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.

Patience and empathy in dealing with customer concerns.
