We are looking for UI/UX Designer

Location: mangalore

Clickalt Global PVT LTD is looking for a dynamic UI/UX Designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. You will be a well-rounded design thinker, grounded in logic, structure and process; and be an advocate for the user and possess a passion for visual and emotional solutions that are both usable and desirable.
- UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components.
- Design and map the experience using journey maps; create sketches, prototypes, wireframes, screen-flow diagrams & UI specs for testing and development
- Collaborate with the project team (Technical Lead/Architect, Product Owner, BA, Project Manager) and outside team SME’s to flesh out concepts and quickly build prototypes to socialize with key stakeholders
- Consider all information hierarchy and overall experience when mapping out BI flows and recommending what is optimal
- Present and articulate your design decisions based on design thinking methodologies and fundamental UX principles
- Transition between various digital channels including web, mobile web and mobile app
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

**Desired Background**
- 2+ years in UX or Interaction Design
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Excellent understanding of HTML & CSS
- Proficiency using Sketch, Axure, Invision, Zeplin, Adobe CS, Proto.io
- Excellent Understanding of web accessibility guidelines
- Experience designing for mobile app and responsive web
- Should have Prior experience on Analytics or reporting design
- Ability to pick up on social media trends
