Job Title: Sales Representative

Tiltas Systems LLP is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our company's growth, acting as the pivotal link between our innovative drone products and our customers. Your goal is to boost sales and forge lasting customer relationships that propel our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage and Persuade: Utilize compelling sales techniques to present, promote, and sell our drone batteries, accessories, and brushless motors to prospective customers.
- Customer Insights: Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses to identify and address the specific needs and wants of existing and potential customers.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Proactive Outreach: Execute strategic cold-calling campaigns to generate new leads and expand our customer base.
- Problem Solving: Swiftly address and resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring their utmost satisfaction.
- Achieve Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, contributing to the company's overall success.
- Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with team members and other departments to drive sales efforts and achieve shared goals.
- Market Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends, track sales performance, and generate detailed reports to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the drone or related industry.
- Strong Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively convey the value of our products.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Negotiation Mastery: Outstanding negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and drive revenue.
- Customer-Centric :A genuine passion for building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
