**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects.
- **Client Engagement & Relationship Building**:
- Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to showcase our services.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- **Proposal Development**:
- Prepare customized proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create solutions tailored to client requirements.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics
- Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and product teams to align strategies.
- **Revenue Target Achievement**:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Regularly update sales progress and report key metrics to the management team.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Experience**:
- 2-4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a digital marketing or IT services company.
- Experience working with UK/US clients is a strong advantage.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Work Timing**:
- 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
- **Work Mode**:
- Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days work-from-home).
