Tele Marketing Executive(Female)

**Description**



**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential customers to generate interest in our products/services
- Present and explain our offerings clearly and persuasively to potential clients over the phone
- Qualify leads through effective questioning and determine their needs and interests
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system
- Follow up with leads in a timely manner to ensure maximum conversion rates
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive sales
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics to contribute to company growth

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive phone manner
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport quickly
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to achieving targets
- Ability to handle rejection and objections gracefully
- Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently
