**Description**

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic **Telecaller **to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers and providing information about our products and services. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and establishing long-term relationships with our clients. If you are a persuasive communicator with a passion for customer service, we would love to meet you

**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our products and services
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions
- Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and promotions
- Maintain a database of potential leads and follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by closing sales and generating referral leads
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **telecaller **or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
