We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecalling Representative to contribute in generating clients for our company. You will be responsible for converting clients over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

An effective Telecalling representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting services over the phone as well as dealing with inquires and doubts.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in clients and developing business. You should be willing to play the receptionist role as well.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
Contact clients from the given data to inform them about our service.

Answer questions about our services or the company.

Ask questions to understand the clients' requirements.

Direct prospects to the field admin & marketing team when needed.

Enter and update the clients' information in the database.

Take and process clients in an accurate manner.

Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.

Keep records of calls and note important information.

You should complete the given target.

You should be willing to contribute to the Receptionist role as well.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a telecalling representative.

Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.

Ability to learn about services and explain them to prospects.

Excellent knowledge of English.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Cool - tempered and able to handle rejection.

Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

Knowing an additional language will be a plus.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
