**ob Responsibilities**:
As an MD Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients in a clinical or hospital setting. Your key responsibilities include:

- **Patient Care**:

- Perform comprehensive medical evaluations, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, illnesses, and injuries.
- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients based on medical findings and patient history.
- Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.
- **Consultation and Collaboration**:

- Refer patients to specialists or other healthcare professionals when advanced or specialized care is required.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams (nurses, technicians, specialists) to provide integrated, holistic care.
- Provide guidance and consultation to junior physicians, interns, and medical staff.
- **Patient Education**:

- Educate patients and their families about diagnosis, treatment plans, preventive health measures, and healthy lifestyle habits.
- Offer counseling on chronic disease management and preventive care strategies.
- **Clinical Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, documenting patient visits, diagnosis, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols, regulations, and institutional policies regarding patient confidentiality and record-keeping.
- **Emergency Care**:

- Provide immediate care to patients in emergency situations, such as cardiac arrests, trauma, and life-threatening conditions.
- Stabilize patients and arrange appropriate further treatment when required.
- **Medical Procedures**:

- Perform and/or assist with routine medical procedures, such as minor surgeries, biopsies, and diagnostic testing.
- Administer treatments such as vaccinations, IV fluids, medications, and other medical therapies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
